CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours: 25% of the service total No-shows: 50% of the service total + 50% deposit required to rebook 10-minute grace period for all appointments. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled. Kind Reminder: Booking policies are never personal and apply to everyone to help keep the business running smoothly.
